Maths Teaching Doubling

I found the following resources that could be useful for teaching doubling in year 1:

• The doubling grid and associated game from Cumbria in the UK.
• Doubling cards for use in the "I have...who has?" game available from primaryresources.co.uk.
• There are some interesting ideas including rhymes to remember doubles, listed in this thread on the proteacher.net forums.
• An interactive doubling game where you have to match "double something" with the answer at abc123kidz.com.
• Fishy 2's is a skip counting game that could work well on the IWB - quite hard on a computer to hit the fish with the mouse.
• Doubling Machine from NGfL doesn't seem to be a game, just an animated doubling machine.
